Our friends over at Pegasus Global Holdings are starting an exciting new project: City Labs. It will be an entirely empty "test town," or "protoype city" as we'd like to call it. This empty, synthesized urban scene will be constructed out near Hobbs, New Mexico, and will be a testing ground for all kinds of new technologies, from new wireless networks to automated washing machines. We see this as an opportunity for growth and expansion in the technology sector without the interference of human liabilities. We foresee working with Pegasus (who has already worked with many nuclear power facilities and many governments across the globe) to create a very useful testing ground, insulated from the prying eyes and accountability of the outside world.
